In professional beauty tools, laboratory testing is important — but real salon environments always bring new challenges that help us improve.
Recently, we received feedback from professional hairstylists regarding the plates of our hair straighteners.
During long-term salon use, some coating issues appeared on the plate surface. After investigation, we found that the reason was not related to basic durability performance, but to the long-term exposure to high-concentration professional hair treatment products used in salons.
Products such as hair treatment solutions, protein treatments, and argan oil-based formulas can create chemical reactions with certain surface coatings under repeated high-temperature working conditions, which may affect the coating performance over time.
Before mass production, our plates had passed multiple quality tests, including:
✅ 100,000 times wear resistance testing
✅ High-temperature resistance testing
✅ Salt spray corrosion testing
Samples were also tested by customers without any reported issues.
However, professional salon environments are different from laboratory conditions. Hair stylists use tools every day together with various professional chemicals, and this real-world application revealed a challenge we needed to solve.
Instead of avoiding the problem, our engineering team conducted multiple rounds of testing and analysis to identify the root cause.
After researching different surface treatment technologies, we found that for professional salon environments with frequent chemical exposure, electroplating treatment and hard anodized aluminum plates provide stronger chemical resistance and better long-term durability.

This experience reminded us of an important lesson:
A great product is not created in one step. It is improved through continuous testing, feedback, and problem-solving.
Just like people grow stronger through challenges, products become better through real-world experience.
For us, customer feedback is not criticism — it is valuable information that helps us develop more reliable professional beauty tools.
We believe that a responsible manufacturer is not one that never faces challenges, but one that takes responsibility, finds the root cause, and keeps improving.
Thank you to all our partners and professional hairstylists who share their real experience with us. Your feedback helps us create better products for the global beauty industry.
Continuous improvement. Better engineering. Stronger partnerships.
