What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ starts from 200 pcs for logo and neutral packaging. Custom color boxes require 500 pcs, color or material customization requires 500–1000 pcs per color, and private mold development requires 2000 pcs. MOQ is flexible for long-term partners and repeat orders.

Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We offer customized samples within 7 days, and standard samples even faster. Sample fees are usually refundable against your first bulk order.
Is this brush suitable for wet hair?
No. This is a thermal curling brush designed for fully dry hair. For wet-to-dry styling, please ask us about our hot air brush models instead.
Which hair types is it suitable for?
All hair types. Use 170°C for fine or damaged hair, 190°C for medium hair, and 210°C for thick or coarse hair.
